Experience: Diana has 15 years of experience in the human resource field. She began her career with Honkamp Krueger in 2000 as a human resource consultant and became the manager in 2003. She leads both the in-house HR department and the HR consulting services division which assists clients with their human capital needs.
Education: B.A. in human resource management from Loras College in Dubuque, Iowa; earned the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation
Professional affiliations: National Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), member; Tri-State Human Resources Association (TRIHRA), member
Community involvement: Diana is a member of the Young Professionals of Dubuque and Women’s Leadership Network of Dubuque.
Family life and hobbies: Diana’s husband is Mike and they have three boys, Brock, Connor and Nicholas. She enjoys time with family and friends, the outdoors and traveling.
