Her career began in the accounting department, and then for the past 25 years, she has been the firm's office manager, working directly with the managing partner and administration staff. She is also on the firm's board of directors.

Community involvement: Connie is a regular asphersis donor at the American Red Cross, a volunteer for the Salvation Army, a volunteer at Stonehill Retirement Center, and an active committee chairperson at Sts. Peter and Paul Church, Sherrill, IA.
Family life & hobbies: Connie has a daughter, Nicole, a son-in-law, Eric, and a grandson, Matthew. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, reading and maintaining the tree farm at home.
