Experience: Al has over 30 years of experience in public accounting in a wide range of industries including government, manufacturing, non-profit, professional services, wholesale and retail. He joined the firm in 1976, retired as a partner in 2006, and continues to work in a reduced capacity.

Education: B.A. in accounting from the University of Northern Iowa, Cedar Falls, Iowa
Community involvement: Al is a board member and treasurer for the United Way of Dubuque. He is also a board member for the Hills and Dales Child Development Center, the Jamie Barwick Hills and Dales Foundation, Crescent Community Health Center and G&G Living Center.
