Experience: Upon graduation in 1998, Heather worked at a regional CPA firm in Oak Brook, Ill. where she worked her way up to the senior level over a five-year period. Then she moved to Galena, Ill. and joined Honkamp Krueger where she is now a partner. She has 13 years in public accounting, including for-profit, non-profit and governmental entities. Heather has worked on audits and reviews in a variety of industries including retail, manufacturing, financial, construction, municipalities and non-profit organizations.

Community involvement: Heather is a budget committee member for the United Way of Dubuque and a board member and finance committee member of St. Stephen’s Food Bank. She is also in the Benevolent and Protective Order of the Elks Lodge #882 Past Exalted Ruler.
Family life & hobbies: When out of the office, Heather likes to play golf and relax at the family cabin in Northern Wisconsin.
