Experience: After two years in the banking field, Jay joined Honkamp Krueger in 2005 as a staff accountant servicing businesses with their accounting, audit and payroll needs. In 2009, he was promoted to an accounting manager in which he works with clients for corporate, partnership and individual tax planning and preparation, financial statement preparation, general business consulting and management services, and strategic planning.
Education: B.A. in business with a triple emphasis in accounting, finance and marketing from Clarke College in Dubuque, Iowa
Community involvement: Jay is an active member of the Dubuque Jaycees.
Family life & hobbies: Jay's wife is Sarah, and they have a son, Will and a chocolate lab, Brutus. In his free time, he enjoys sporting events, fishing and spending time with family and friends.
