Experience: Kathie has over 14 years of corporate training experience. She has specific expertise as a software trainer including custom applications and Microsoft® tools. She also has a wide range of experience in training on the following topics: leadership skills, product knowledge, sales, e-learning, presentation skills and soft skills. In addition, she has created original curriculum for technical and soft skills classes, facilitated training both live and online, and created supplementary class documentation.

Knowing that each employee and department has specific training needs, Kathie implemented the firm’s Learning Ladders, offers one-on-one training and manages an extensive learning library. Also, to ensure the successful on-boarding of new employees, Kathie created and manages the firm’s New Hire Orientation. Finally, she assists the firm’s employees with the scheduling and tracking of Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits, a vital aspect for a trainer of a CPA firm.

Family life & hobbies: Kathie is married with three children. Kathie is committed to her children's activities, which include swimming and music. She's also an active church minister and a Pampered Chef^® consultant.
