Administrative Assistant - Payroll Operations

HK Payroll Services, Inc. (HKP), the workforce management affiliate of Honkamp Krueger & Co., P.C., is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our workforce management division. This position will be responsible for administrative duties throughout the new payroll account set-up process to HKP’s workforce management solution, including excel imports of client related data, reconciliation of payroll data, maintenance of client relationship database and all administrative tasks related to on-boarding of clients. Business Development Coordinator

This position will assist with a variety of company projects and initiatives including but not limited to finding new prospects/clients for the firm and setting appointments for the business development department.

The successful candidate must have advanced experience working with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Experience working with business development support is preferred. This dynamic person must have strong verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills and also have the ability to learn, comprehend and troubleshoot new computer programs quickly.

Business Intelligence Developer

Custodial Staff
Honkamp Kruger & Co., P.C., a Top 100 CPA and business consulting firm, is seeking a dependable individual to fill our housekeeping/janitorial position. Shifts begin at 5 p.m., with approximately 12 - 15 hours per week. You will be responsible for vacuuming carpet and scrubbing tile; gathering and emptying trash; servicing, cleaning and replacing supplies in the restrooms; cleaning, polishing and dusting furniture, fixtures and equipment.

Qualifications:

Software Solutions Practice Manager

In this role you will be responsible for software implementation and consulting, business process review, and on-going software support and maintenance for general accounting systems operations. As practice manager you will also have the opportunity to:
- Interface with clients and identify solutions to address complex business issues
