Promotions
Creed Waelchli has been named director of sales for Honkamp Krueger & Co., P.C. Creed will use his 19 years of sales and management experience to lead the sales team in support of the firm’s variety of services including payroll, tax credits, software solutions and human resource consulting. Creed began at the firm in 2008 as the sales manager for HK Payroll Services Co and is a graduate of Loras College with a degree in business management. Kyle Brinkman, formerly staff auditor, has been promoted to senior auditor. He has a bachelor’s in both accounting and business management from Loras College and has been with the firm since 2007. Karla Hagerty, CPA, formerly staff auditor, has been promoted to senior auditor. Karla has a bachelor’s in accounting from Loras College and has been with the firm since 2003.

New employees
Lindsey Dempsey joined the firm as a staff accountant. She graduated from Loyola University Chicago in 2007 with a bachelor’s in both accounting and marketing. Patti Brandel joined the firm’s software solutions group as an administrative assistant. Julie Reisch joined the firm’s accounting department as an administrative assistant. Linda Schueller joined the firm’s tax credit department as an administrative assistant.
