Class Description
During this course, participants will know how to:
- Enforce a harassment-free workplace
- Respond to a harassment complaint in accordance with company policies
- Recognize incidents of workplace harassment
- Act quickly to take corrective action
This course, appropriate for anyone with supervisory responsibilities, will include interactive discussion, video presentation and examples of real life court cases.
