Class description
During this course, participants will:
- Become familiar with sexual harassment laws
- Know how to enforce a sexual-harassment-free workplace
- Know how to respond to a complaint of sexual harassment in accordance with company policy
- Recognize incidents of workplace sexual harassment and act quickly to take corrective action
This course, appropriate for anyone with supervisory responsibilities, will include interactive discussions, video presentation and examples of real life court cases.
