By downloading the software below, I agree to allow Honkamp Krueger & Co., P.C. to run remote management and support tools on a computer on my network. There is no fee to install the remote desktop support tool.

Executable File: helpdesk.exe (Authorization accepted.)
 
Simple steps for starting and ending your session
1. Click on "helpdesk.exe" to download software once instructed by your support specialist.
2. Select "Run" when asked "Do you want to Run or Save this file?"
3. Select "Run" when asked "Are you sure you want to run this software?"
4. Double-click on the name of the support specialist providing you support.
 
To disconnect your session at any time, simply right-click on the green or red "H" located in the system tray at the bottom right corner of your screen and select "Close."
