Experience: Tom leads Honkamp Krueger’s National Franchise Services Practice which includes over 30 organizations from the Fortune 500, along with a wide variety of mid market and early growth phase franchise owners and franchisors. Tom has deep expertise in HK’s payroll and human resource suite of services and has been a member of the Honkamp Krueger Family of Companies since 1995.
Specialties: Tom helps franchisors, franchise owners and the influencers/decision makers within organizations of various sectors improve their workforce management processes. This includes data access and analysis, human capital efficiencies, business systems return on investment (ROI), and profits and productivity analysis.

Community involvement: Always an active member in the markets he serves, Tom is a past-president and member of the Rotary Club, past-president of the Hospitality and Financial Technology Professionals (HFTP) of Chicago, past-vice president of the Jaycees, and treasurer of the Food Service Professionals Network (FSPN) of Chicago.
