"I have been a long time customer of HK Payroll Services. Back in the last century, I received a call from a payroll services representative regarding my possible interest in using their services to process payroll. The representative came to see me at our restaurant, and we had lunch together. He was knowledgeable, charming and we had a very enjoyable lunch. By the time he had found out a bit more about our business and I had found out a bit more about what I could expect from HK, we had a deal. He, as well as everyone I have dealt with at HK, was professional, service was timely and questions were answered promptly. I had been doing our payroll in-house before engaging HK Payroll Services. One week, my printer ink cartridge ran out while I was running the pay checks. I went to several stores, in a bit of a panic, and was told that there were none to be had; the printer manufacturer was retooling the cartridge and the supply was depleted. Needless to say, I was not happy. I consider that relinquishing that stress to HK was one of the smartest decisions I have made."
