This includes various construction cost avoidance/recovery and owner’s representation service engagements for Walmart Stores, Inc., and several other Fortune 100 companies throughout the U.S., Mexico and Europe.
Matt has a broad range of experience in construction audit across several industries including higher education, government, retail, manufacturing, entertainment, health care and transportation. He also has in-depth experience in construction financial management and audit, owners representation services, construction accounting, cost avoidance, prevention and recovery, contract compliance verification, cost segregation, internal audit, risk analysis, variance analysis, SAS70/SSAE16 reviews, agreed upon procedures reviews, and budget and budget variance analysis. Matt is a contributor to the College & University Auditor Journal.
