Keith is the leader of HK’s state and local tax (SALT) department. Keith thrives on the complexities of state and local tax and with 50 states and thousands of local jurisdictions, no two tax systems are alike. He helps businesses and individuals reduce their state tax risk, improve cash flow, obtain federal and state credits and incentives, implement tax minimization strategies, utilize technology in their compliance process and resolve state and local tax controversies in a favorable manner.
