As CIO, Bob leads his team in aligning Honkamp’s technology with the firm’s goals. He oversees the infrastructure and systems support team, as well as the business applications team. Bob joined Honkamp in 2005 in PC/systems support. In 2006, he was promoted to systems and network administrator, became IT manager in 2012, was promoted to principal in 2017, and became a shareholder in 2020

Bob and his wife, Joleen, have two daughters, Madison and Lexie, and a son, Jax. He enjoys coaching his children and cheering them on in their sports activities. In his free time, he enjoys fishing, boating, golfing, and cheering on the Packers, Badgers, and Cubs.
