Brad Mihm, CPA, ABV

Experience

Prior to joining Honkamp in 2023, Brad had more than 12 years of business valuation experience. He has worked with businesses in a range of industries, including manufacturing, construction, dealerships and financial institutions. His specialties include business valuation for gift and estate tax; business valuation for succession planning and management planning purposes; and litigation support, including divorce financial analysis. In addition to business valuation, as a member of the business transition services team, Brad works with business owners and attorneys during the merging/acquiring process, including compiling buyers lists, Confidential Information Memorandum preparation and due diligence.
