With over a decade of experience in Learning & Development, Courtney leads the design and implementation of strategic training programs that support the firm’s long-term goals. She drives both internal and external learning initiatives, creating dynamic content across leadership, advisory, soft skills, and technology domains, while ensuring alignment with NASBA compliance standards. Courtney also manages the firm’s learning management system, oversees continuing education and licensing requirements, and partners with department leaders to identify training needs and foster professional growth. Courtney has been with the firm since 2017.

Courtney and her husband have two daughters. In her free time, she enjoys helping around the family farm, mastering a new recipe or learning about her latest hyper-fixations (to date she’s covered Stoicism, the Romanov Dynasty, the British Monarchy, and emergency medicine as an EMT).
