Prior to joining Honkamp, Holly had nearly 25 years of tax experience -- about 20 years as tax director at a Dubuque, Iowa, law firm and more than four years of tax work with the country's largest accounting firm, Deloitte. Holly joined Honkamp in 2023.

Holly and her husband, David, have four daughters, Katie, Laura, Ellie and Grace. Holly's hobbies include running, enjoying good food and a nice glass of wine, and what she calls "mom sporting" (cheerfully attending her children's events).
