Kaci has 10 years of experience and joined Honkamp in 2015. In her current role, she is responsible for designing and executing total rewards packages for employees aligned with the firm’s culture, values and objectives. Her specialties include multi-state employer benefit and payroll administration. Her prior roles with the firm included serving as benefits and employee relations advisor and senior benefits administrator.

Kaci’s hobbies include spending time with her family, being outdoors, vacationing and attending Iowa State sporting events. She also recently obtained her PADI open water diving certification and looks forward to using it on vacations.
