As an accounting supervisor, Scott leads teams and oversees day-to-day operations for Honkamp’s Coralville, Iowa, office, with a focus on execution, consistency, and client service. He advanced through five roles during his 11 years with the firm, rising from seasonal tax assembler to supervisor. Along the way, he became a go-to champion for firmwide software changes, trained staff in other offices on Honkamp processes, and served on the Client Accounting Services (CAS) standard operating procedures task force. His contributions were recognized with the Arnie Honkamp Firm First Award in 2023 and the Internal Customer Service Star of the Year Award in 2025.
