Steph brings over 12 years of tax expertise, having launched a career at Honkamp as an intern before joining full-time in 2015. In the role of tax manager, Steph oversees comprehensive tax planning, compliance, and consulting for a diverse client base. With specialization in complex individual, farm, and multi-state returns, Steph ensures accuracy and strategic insight in every engagement. Beyond client work, Steph is passionate about developing talent, providing training and mentorship to interns and staff on tax return preparation, depreciation strategies, and advanced tax planning techniques.
