What if I can't open the protected tax organizer email I received?
We recommend opening the protected email on a desktop or laptop computer. If you received the Organizer email at your work email address and you utilize Microsoft for email, try logging in to https://outlook.office.com with your work email account. Once logged in you should be able to open the email.
Do I need to complete the entire tax organizer?
Yes, please complete and upload.
What do I do when I'm done uploading my documents?
Reply to the original email letting your tax professional know that you have submitted all of your documents.
Can I upload my documents as I receive them over an unspecified timeframe?
Yes, but please let us know when you are finished uploading all of your documents and are confident that you have provided all of your information.
Can I reply and attach all of my documents to the email containing my organizer? Is it secure?
Yes, you may attach your tax documents to the email and yes, it is secure.
Can I complete my questionnaire/organizer electronically?
Yes, this method is encouraged. The organizer is a fillable PDF. Once completed, save the organizer to your device, then upload the completed organizer to the portal by clicking on the link in the email. Browsers such as Chrome and Edge will allow you to fill in the PDF and save to your computer. You can utilize Adobe Reader, which can be downloaded by clicking the link below.
