Kirstin has 30 years of experience in public accounting. She spent 16 years with Schowalter & Jabouri, P.C., most recently holding the position of assurance senior manager, prior to that firm’s merger into Honkamp in late 2023. Her previous experience also includes serving as a manager of assurance and advisory business services for Big Four firm Ernst & Young. Ms. Gilmour also worked on select quasi government entities as well as initial public offerings and debt offerings.

Kirstin enjoys spending time with her partner, Paul, and her cat, Cosmo, and she also provides care for her father. Her hobbies include studying the Holy Bible, movies, visiting wineries, fishing, baking, making ice cream, and attending concerts and stand-up comedy shows.
