Ben has more than 10 years of experience working in sales management. Prior to joining Honkamp in 2022, he worked in outside sales and as a sales manager. At Honkamp, Ben leads new business development efforts and drives firm and revenue growth through both an existing and non-existing clientele base. He is responsible for overseeing the execution of sales strategies, plans and advertising, as well as collaborating with partner groups to launch new business initiatives.

When Ben isn’t at work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Katie, two sons, Joseph and Jack, and his four-legged son, Walter Dudley. Ben also likes golfing, skiing and playing pickleball and badminton in his free time.
