As a member of the human resources team, Richelle is responsible for the development and deployment of programs and activities that support employee engagement, retention and diversity equity and inclusion.

Experience

With over 15 years of experience in full life cycle recruiting primarily within the financial industry, Richelle leads firm-wide culture and talent acquisition initiatives. She leverages new and existing data to make informed decisions regarding engagement and retention with the implementation of exit surveys, employee engagement surveys, etc. She enhances the employee experience, improves employee engagement and reduces unwanted turnover. She strengthens the sense of employee belonging by serving as an employee advocate, conducting stay interviews and encouraging a culture of feedback. Richelle also contributes to new hire onboarding strategy and implementation and leads the hiring and recruitment process. Richelle previously held positions as director of recruiting for large financial organizations.

B.A. in English from Florida State University, Tallahassee, Fla.

Family Life

Richelle is a new resident to Iowa after growing up in Florida and later spending several years in New York City. Richelle moved to Iowa to be near family and enjoys spending time with them, cooking and music.
