Mike has more than 20 years of experience serving clients with their tax, accounting, business valuation and management advisory needs in a variety of industries. As partner, he leads the firm’s growth efforts through merging and acquiring CPA firms that meet HK’s vision and culture, and has been a frequent speaker on tax strategies at franchise association conferences. Prior to joining HK in 1999, Mike worked at a Top 5 national CPA firm.
