Teri has more than 13 years of experience in human resources. As HR manager, Teri plans, manages and coordinates all HR initiatives including recruitment, compensation, benefits and employee relations of the organization. She manages daily departmental operations, business planning and budget development of HR programs. She ensures policies, procedures and HR programs are consistently administered, aligned with organizational goals, and are in compliance with professional standards, state and federal regulatory requirements and laws. Teri advises and coaches managers on HR policies and programs including employee relations issues, such as employee performance, discipline, and termination issues and procedures including related correspondence, meetings and staff follow-up.
